April marks an important month for the historic Hotel Havana, a landmark located in Downtown San Antonio, with its’ well-known bar, Ocho. April 2014 will mark Fiesta season, as well as Havana’s 100th year in San Antonio. The hotel has decided to celebrate the occasions in true Havana style.
Fiesta-goers can choose from the three different fiesta medals for sale- one for Ocho, and two for the hotel.
“We may be more subtle in our decorations, but we celebrate in our own unique style,” Manager Sandra Puente said.
Chef Toby Soto will offer a “Fiesta” menu, featuring a special price on their new and traditional drinks like the Havana margarita, and new exciting tapas-style additions including delicious empanadas.
“Everything is made from scratch- No pre-mixes found here,” Puente added.
Patrons can look forward to the Fiesta menu, which will be released within the next couple of weeks and run until the end of Fiesta on April 27.
